Third-party providers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before offering financial products or services. ABC is not responsible for the outcome of any customer interaction after a lead has been delivered.
6. Third-Party Services and Referrals
ABC partners with third-party financial service providers to offer financial products. While we strive to connect Users with reputable partners, we:

8. Limitation of Liability

ABC disclaims all warranties regarding service availability, uninterrupted access, or system security.

In no event shall ABC, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
