Leads are generated based on information provided by potential clients, and ABC does not verify the accuracy or financial eligibility of these prospects. Third-party providers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before offering financial products or services. ABC is not responsible for the outcome of any customer interaction after a lead has been delivered. 

6. Third-Party Services and Referrals 

ABC partners with third-party financial service providers to offer financial products. While we strive to connect Users with reputable partners, we: 

• Do not endorse or assume liability for any third-party products, services, or decisions. 

• Are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or terms of third-party websites linked through ABC’s platform. 

• Encourage Users to conduct independent due diligence before engaging with third-party providers. 

Any disputes regarding third-party financial services must be resolved directly with the relevant provider. ABC bears no liability for disputes between Users and third-party financial service providers. 

7. Fees and Compensation 

ABC receives compensation from third-party providers for lead generation and sales services. By using ABC, you acknowledge that: 

• ABC does not charge Users any direct fees for lead referrals unless explicitly stated. 

• Compensation agreements between ABC and third-party providers do not influence our marketing practices. 

• Users may request further details regarding lead pricing and compensation structures by contacting us. 

8. Limitation of Liability 

ABC makes no guarantees or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of any financial products or services. To the fullest extent permitted by law: 

• ABC is not liable for financial losses, loan rejections, or negative credit impacts resulting from Users’ engagement with third-party lenders. 

• ABC disclaims all warranties regarding service availability, uninterrupted access, or system security. 

• ABC is not responsible for fraudulent activity or misrepresentation by third-party providers or Users. 

In no event shall ABC, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
